KIndergarten

Molly is doing really well in kindergarten. She is reading at level J-K and is very nice to all of her class mates. She weighs about 50lbs and is getting taller fast. She is super fast.

She reads really well so piano music has been going well. She can play one note at a time tunes.

Thanksgiving

Molly had Thanksgiving at Mimi's. Uncle Mark and Aunt Joan came up to Pennsylvania from Florida.

Vermont

We spent Columbus Day weekend in Vermont.  Lots of fun hiking, eating, and playing games.

Kindergarten

A few rough mornings, and a few tired/cranky afternoons, but in general Molly is doing great in kindergarten.

First Days

Molly seems to have had a good first two days of school.  She seems excited about school.  I think above all she is excited that she is finally there and can participate in all the fun things her sister has been doing.

Molly will still be taking piano lessons and doing soccer.  She is growing a bit and is real, real strong.

And a new era begins.  Day one is tomorrow.  So excited.

Splinter

Yesterday I had a big splinter in my foot.  It hurt really bad.  It took Mommy a long time to get it out.  It was no fun.  I screamed and yelled a whole lot!  Today I feel better.

Batman

I saw Batman and Robin in their hideout.  I got to take a picture with them and I got to hold the boomerang.  I had really fun.  In this store I got to get Superman.  I play with the Superman a lot.  He has this ball thing and Batman looks just like the real one.  Robin looked just like the real Robin.

There is this really fun ride called Catwoman.  It was like this roller coaster that was really fun.  There was this ride that Claudia really liked and I really liked the Catwoman ride.  Charlotte came with us and Monique and Jack and Hunter came with us.  Monique and Jack went on the Catwoman ride with me.  It was really fun with them.

There was this ride where there were old fashioned cars and I got to drive it.  We went on this Ships Ahoy and there was this ride that we went on with Jack and Charlotte that went up and down and around.  It was really fun.  The end.

Vermont

Lake dunmore was cold i could barely get in the lake.  I was freezing when I got out.  But when we played baseball there I was really, really hot.  I love playing baseball there, but one day there was this really rainy day and there was a lake in our baseball field!  And I didn't know that it was even raining.  I was so embarrassed that it what was raining I didn't even see it a single bit.

Molly and Claudia visited Grandpa for five days as soon as school got out.  As usual, Molly made friends with the little ones.

Rooster Run and Graduation

Molly ran in the Rooster Run in Newtown this morning.  She did great!  This is a race that I used to run when I was a kid too.

Molly ran it in 48 minutes.  She ran the first half really well, but tripped half way.  That slowed her down a bit.  We are all super proud of her.

Yesterday she graduated from St. James Preschool!  Big days ahead.

Molly has spent the entire day working on her superhero Lego set that she bought at the Lego store in New York City. She is a really hard worker and nobody is helping her at all.

Yale

Molly, Claudia and Daddy went to Yale yesterday to watch the Yale Philarmonia. Molly did really good. We also went to Yorkside for some pizza and went to her favorite frozen yogurt place.

Of course, when we ask "which song did you like?" Molly says "none of them". But she sat patiently through a two hour concert. Not bad for a four year old.l

Riddle

Molly loves reading her riddle books to people.  She has been getting a lot of books out of the library when she goes.
